Wild boar feeding powder is used to attract wild boar to a feeding station. The powder is imported from the States where it is used by hunters but can also be used to attract boar for photographic or observational opportunities.
The manufacturers quote "You'll want to put out the Wild Boar powder a minimum of 1 week before hunting an area. That way, you get them used to coming in on the Wild Boar Powder. We have done extensive testing and have found that Wild Boar Powder attracts all species of Wild Pig including Feral Pigs, European Wild Boar and Russian Wild Boar.
Pour on any weathered stump along a boar run and it will take them approximately 2 weeks to completely tear the stump apart depending, of course, on how many Wild Boar are feeding at the stump. You can also dig a hole 12 inches deep and put our Wild Boar Powder in the ground if you don't have a stump. It will last longer if you pour it on a stump and make them work for it. When applied to the ground, Wild Boar will root the ground creating a hole When you see that they are digging a hole, add more powder. It takes more Wild Boar Powder when you prepare an area of ground but the Wild Boar can't just lick it up, they'll have to work for it".
