Delivery Delivery costs to mainland UK are free. Goods will be dispatched by first class post within one week of cheque clearance. We reserve the right to substitute an item out of stock for a similar item or, if an item is out of stock the customer shall be contacted and informed of the anticipated supply date whereupon the customer may decide whether to proceed with the order. If the customer decides to cancel the order at this stage they will receive a full refund in the manner in which they made payment. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post and we retain a Certificate of Posting to prove the item was posted.
Prices Goods are charged at the price shown on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Goods can only be paid for by personal cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Wild Boar Trading'. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and ommissions are excepted.
Product authenticity All goods supplied by Wild Boar Trading are, to the best of our knowledge, original, licensed and genuine. We will not deal with pirated or illegal goods.
Return of goods Any item can be returned within 10 days of receipt if it is in new, unused condition and in its original wrappings. Any item returned damaged or used will not be credited. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Privacy policy We do not store personal particulars. We will not email you with marketing material or send any marketing material by post. We will not pass your email address nor personal particulars to anyone.
